In addition to a beautiful and spacious room, gracious hosts, and close proximity to all your favorite Great Smoky Mountain activities, the Charleston Inn offers the following amenities:

• Breakfast - A full breakfast is included in your room rate each morning.

• Books, Games, Puzzles, Cards - A full array of board and card games are available for your use.

• Common Areas - The main level of the Main House is a common area for all guests. This includes the Inside Porch, TV Room, Fireplace Room, and Dining Room.

• Ice Machine - There is an ice machine in the dining room of the main house. This machine is for the use of our guests at no cost.

• Maps & Guidebooks - There are area maps and guide books in the Main House for driving, hiking, and biking routes in the local area.

• Television - Cable television is available in all rooms.

• Wireless Internet Access - Wireless Internet Access is available on your laptop most anywhere on the property.

POLICIES

• Well-behaved children are accepted, but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Check-In is from 3pm to 8pm. Call ahead if you need to arrive later.

• Check-Out is at 11am. Luggage storage is available if needed.

• No Smoking inside any building at the Charleston Inn.

• We are unable to accommodate pets, but can recommend local kennels.

• Reservations must be confirmed with one night's deposit. A one-week cancellation policy applies.

• Peak weekends may require a two-night minimum stay.

• Holiday weekends may require a three-night minimum stay.
